Green beans is roasted by a multi-certified roaster, 13th St Espresso. Roasting is very tricky, not everyone is gifted with the heavenly skill to do this.
And yeah, we can roast it the way you like. Just let us know if you want medium to high roast for brewed coffee, full city to french for espresso.
